Privacy Policy

This policy explains what E.K's Tech collects when you useekstechub.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the website only — information you give us during a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's own terms.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• What you send us. When you submit the contact form we receive the division you selected, your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number if you provide one, and the content of your message. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever that channel passes on.
• Technical information. Our host and its content delivery network record standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use cookies to profile you, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and route it to the right division.
• To carry out work you have asked us to quote for or deliver.
• To keep records of enquiries and engagements for business and tax purposes.
• To protect the site against abuse and spam.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing to people who only ever made an enquiry.

Who else sees it

We share your information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only to the extent they need it:

• Web3Forms — processes the contact form and delivers submissions to our inbox.
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare — serve the site and keep server logs.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces this site uses; your browser requests them directly.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Otherwise we do not pass your details to anyone, including other clients.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain business and tax records. Server logs are kept for a short period by our providers under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to[email protected]and we will respond within 30 days. If you ask us to delete an enquiry we will do so unless it relates to a live or recently completed engagement.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive financial details, identity documents or passwords through the contact form — we will tell you a safer route if an engagement needs them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
