These terms govern your use of ekstechub.com. They are not the terms of any engagement — paid work is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own use. You may not copy it to present our work as your own, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation. The content, layout and branding remain the property of E.K's Tech.

What this site is and is not

Everything here is general information about the services we offer. It is not a quote, an offer, or professional advice for your particular situation. Descriptions of our services, timelines and processes are indicative and may change.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or oblige us to take on your work, and it does not oblige you to engage us. An engagement begins only when both sides have agreed a written scope and fee.

Professional and regulated advice

Engineering. Designs, calculations and recommendations published here are illustrative. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a structural, electrical or mechanical design for a specific site. Any design we issue for construction is identified as such, issued under an engagement, and carries its own assumptions and limitations.

Finance and management. E.K's Tech operates as a management and financial consultancy. We do not hold client funds, sell financial products, or act as a licensed investment advisor, broker or dealer. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. Where a matter requires regulated advice, we will say so and refer you to an appropriately licensed professional.

Real estate. Property information is provided in good faith and verified as described on the relevant pages, but availability, pricing and title status can change. Verify all particulars independently before committing funds.

Academic services. We supervise, review and assess student work. We do not write, sit or submit academic work on a student's behalf, and we will not accept an engagement to do so. Students remain responsible for complying with their institution's academic integrity rules.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and our form provider. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E.K's Tech is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from actual engagements is dealt with in the engagement agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and the courts of Cameroon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
